1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CargoSelect ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

CargoSelect provides a digital platform for cargo consolidation, freight calculation, and logistics management. Total customer price is calculated based on goods cost, freight charge, handling fees, optional insurance, and a platform fee of 2-5% of the total order value.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the CargoSelect platform to ship illegal, hazardous, or restricted goods as defined by international customs and logistics laws. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of documentation provided for customs clearance.

4. Payment & Refunds

All fees (freight, handling, customs, and platform fees) are clearly presented prior to order confirmation. Refunds for unfulfilled boxes are subject to our dynamic pricing and partial fill policies. Freight charges are calculated based on either volumetric weight (CBM) or actual weight, whichever is greater.
